When and how will you ship my order?

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days (Mon-Fri) excluding national and public holidays in India. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Orders are shipped via Registered International Airmail or EMS Speedpost only.

When will I receive my order?

How do I place my order?

You can search for the product name using the search box on the top of every page. You can search by the brand name, generic name, manufacturer, active ingredient, indication and/or condition. Click the 'Add to Cart' link on the product page and then proceed to 'Checkout' to place your order.

Can I phone or fax my order?

We can receive orders via this website or by phone only. Contact Us to place your order.

Do I require a prescription to place an order?

A link is present below the name of every product that requires a prescription to complete purchase. Click the link to upload and send us a scanned or clear photocopy of your prescription. RxSupermarket.com will not dispense any prescription medication without a valid prescription that has been scrutinised and approved by our qualified Pharmacists. All products will be sold and dispensed by a registered Pharmacist at RxSupermarket.com and/or its affiliates.

Is there any customs duty, sales tax, VAT and/or GST?

Are there any other hidden charges?

No hidden charges whatsoever. The listed product price is what you will pay only. You can choose to purchase express shipping additionally at checkout. Express shipping charge is fixed at US$25 per order and guarantees a quick delivery time along with online tracking.

What if my package is damaged or lost in transit?

What is the difference between branded and generic medicines?

Generic medicine alternatives offer valuable savings as they are manufactured without patent protection. Both branded and generic medicines contain the same active ingredient. Generic medicines are often identified by their chemical composition or active ingredient as compared to their branded counterparts. Generic medicines listed on this website are manufactured in Indian FDA Approved manufacturing facilities and/or GMP Certified facilities.

Are your medicines authentic and genuine?

All products made available on the RxSupermarket.com website are authentic and genuine. Products are sourced directly from manufacturers, their authorized distributors and/or a registered pharmacy in India only. Each product is purchased with a tax invoice / bill clearly mentioning the sellers name, batch number, manufacturing and expiry dates of the product.

What is the expiry period of the medicines?

The minimum and maximum expiry date for every product is listed in the 'Specifications' section on the product page. We try our very best to send you products which have been recently manufactured so that you can receive products with a long usage and expiry period.

Are the products you sell FDA approved / GMP Certified?

All products sold on this website are manufactured in GMP Certified and/or Indian FDA Approved manufacturing facilities.

How can I order a product that is not listed on RxSupermarket.com?

When will I receive a reply to my email?

Why am I not receiving any confirmation emails?

There could be a possibility that you may have entered your email address incorrectly at the time of placing the order. Contact Us with the name of the products you have ordered along with your accurate email address so that we can resend the confirmation emails once again.
